Keith P. ‘Blue’ Miller 1959-2026
WARREN TOWNSHIP–Keith Pierre “Blue” Miller, 66, the son of Ernest L. Miller and Barbara Jenkins, born Aug. 14, 1959, in Youngstown, departed this life Friday, Jan. 16, 2026, a year after his beloved wife, Debra Griggs, whom he married July 22, 1988.
Keith graduated from Warren Western Reserve High School in 1977, where he was part of the wrestling team. Keith attended Youngstown State University and was employed by Denman Steel Company in Braceville.
Keith loved dogs, giving the family the dog, Stolen. He also loved sports and played little league football as a youth. Dear to his heart was his love for children. He was known as “Uncle Blue” by his nephews, nieces, children in the neighborhood and the church. Keith had a wonderful singing voice. He sang in the church and also enjoyed maintaining the church lawn with the older members.
Keith is survived by his mother, Barbara Miller of Warren; two daughters, Cherry L. Miller of Warren and Kaliaha Donnell of Atlanta, Georgia; four brothers, Eric Miller of Warren, Marcus Miller (Erma) of Houston, Texas, Ernest Miller (Michelle) of Dallas, Texas, and Bryan Miller (Lisa) of Lima; his sister, Lisa Miller of Charlotte, North Carolina; his special nephew, Eric Griggs; and a diverse number of nephews, nieces, other relatives and special friends who loved him and think of him fondly.
Calling hours will be 10 to 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 2, 2026, at Friendship Baptist Church, 1954 Brier St. SE, Warren, OH 44484. Services will begin at 11 a.m. Monday at the church, with the Rev. Dr. Avan Odom officiating. All who knew and loved Keith are welcome to attend and honor his terrific life.
