WARREN -- Janet M. Smith Guenzi, 91, died Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2026, at Hospice House.
She was born March 22, 1934, in Warren, a daughter of Frederick M. Smith and Liberta Fenstermaker Smith.
She was employed at American Welding and Manufacturing and was a member of Wildare Church.
Survivors include four nieces and one nephew.
Janet was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas L. Guenzi; one brother; and one sister.
Arrangements with cremation were by Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, West Farmington.
