Survivors include his wife, Samantha Petrich Washington; parents, Crystal Nicholson and Freddie Lee Washington Sr.; his children, Harmony Washington, Freddie Trey Washington, Okema Washington, Brandon Petrich, Leland Petrich, Keagan Petrich, Little Angel Washington, Zayden Washington and Aleayah; siblings, Nevaeh Washington, Lynnette Washington, Freddie T. Washington and Andrew L.P. Washington and Christina.
He was preceded in death by four siblings.
Calling hours will be noon to 1 p.m., with a funeral service at 1 p.m. Friday at Believers Chapel.
