YOUNGSTOWN -- Debra Breese, 71, passed away peacefully Monday, Jan. 12, 2026, at Turning Point Residential Home.
She was born Jan. 1, 1955, in Morgantown, W.Va., a daughter of the late Thurl Wayne Breese and the late Hesper McMillen Breese.
She is survived by her sister, Twila Breese of Simpsonville, South Carolina.
In addition to her parents, Debra was preceded in death by her sisters, Thurla Breese and Roxie Ann Breese.
Carl W. Hall Funeral Home is honored to assist with laying her to rest with her family in Masontown Cemetery, Masontown, W.Va.
