She was born Sept. 6, 1958, in Cleveland, a daughter of Rufus Ed and Lillie Belle Moye Kennedy.
She was a chef / cook at the Mocha House in Warren.
Survivors include her son, Brandon Kennedy; sister, Dorothy Herman; and brothers, Ed and Norman Kennedy.
