NILES -- Carla L. Chiody, 74, died Friday, Jan. 2, 2026, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital.
She was born Aug. 31, 1951, in Warren, a daughter of Roy and Roxanne Nation Powell.
She retired from central supply at Warren General Hospital.
Survivors include her husband, John Chiody; daughter, Sabrina Mullen of Girard; son, John Chiody of Niles; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and four sisters.
There will be no services.
Arrangements and cremation were by Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home, Niles.
