WARREN -- Arthur H. Shaffer, 82, died Monday, Dec. 22, 2025.
He was born April 22, 1943, in Shelocta, Pa., the son of Jacob and Gladys Shaffer.
He was a mechanic at the Howland bus garage.
He was an Army veteran.
Arthur was preceded in death by one sister and three brothers.
Survivors include his daughter, Tracy Murphy of Champion; son, Art Shaffer of California; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brother, Harry Shaffer of Champion; and his sister, Sandy Ozanich of Niles.
