CORTLAND -- Tracy Lynn Shuttic, passed away after a long illness Sunday, Dec. 7, 2025. She was 62 years old. A beloved wife and mother, she was also a lifelong pet lover and caretaker.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph Shuttic, and a daughter, Sara Marie Shuttic, both of Cortland; and a sister, Victoria De Armont of Howland.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gloria and Robert Heckman of Pasadena, Texas; and sisters, Cynthia Heckman of Campbell, and Terza Kline and Valerie Bostwock, both of Houston, Texas.
In lieu of a funeral, the family will hold a private memorial service.
