WARREN -- Toni Michele Wells, 63, of Warren, died Friday, Dec. 5, 2025, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital.
She was born May 9, 1962, in Grafton, W.Va., a daughter of Ronald L. and Kathryn P. Heavner Dunbar.
She attended Greene Church of the Nazarene.
She is survived by her mother; son, Robert Wells of Greene Township.; daughter, Angela Carnes of Greene Township.; her siblings, Lewis Dunbar, David Dunbar, Mark Dunbar and Beth Dunbar; and five grandchildren.
Toni was preceded in death by a baby sister.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
Inurnment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Greene Township.
