CORTLAND -- Patricia Neiner, 86, passed away Sunday, Dec. 21, 2025, at Hospice House.
She was born Aug. 19, 1939, in Warren, the daughter of the late William Derr and Ida Nolan Derr.
Patty was a 1957 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School and retired from United Telephone Company. She attended North Mar Church.
She enjoyed shopping, bowling, music, cleaning house and watching her grandchildren. Patty will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
Patty is survived by her husband, Joseph Neiner; daughter, Heather Hagerty; and four grandchildren, Holly, Bryanna, Kayleigh and Alannah.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two brothers, Raymond and Chuck Derr; and four sisters, Betty Evans, Dorothy Campana, Pearl Antonelli and Beverly Dickens.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 3, 2026, at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
