BROOKFIELD -- Leona Peacock, 91, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, Dec. 13, 2025, surrounded by love and family.
She was born June 22, 1934, in Indiana County, Pa., a daughter of the late Wendell M. Wilson and the late Martha Grace Carroll Wilson, and lived a life filled with faith, love and devotion to her family and friends.
A born-again Christian, Leona found joy in serving the Lord and spreading His love to all those around her. Leona was a dedicated worker, employed at Johnson Rubber Company for four years and then as a machine operator at Packard Electric for 23.5 years. She was also a faithful member of the Warren First Church of God.
She is survived by her loving children, David Peacock and Paula Carr; her sister, Elaine Sink; brother, Max (June) Wilson; and her cherished grandchildren, Mara Carr, Maria Carr and Brandon Marshall. She is also survived by many beloved nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will deeply miss her.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard Peacock; her sister, Geraldine Lukehart; and brothers, William Wilson, James Wilson and Glenn Wilson.
A private family service will be held to honor her life. There will be no public funeral or calling hours.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
