McDONALD -- Joyce Ellen Swauger Lipscomb, 62, died Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025.
She was born Nov. 13, 1963, in Youngstown, a daughter of Jeannette Hafely and William Swauger, and stepfather, Jack Hafely.
Survivors include her children, Christopher and Kayla; seven grandchildren; and sisters, Alice Wilson, Marlene Tillery, Kathleen Zeno and Patricia Tillery.
She was preceded in death by son, William Lipscomb, one brother, one sister and a great-granddaughter.
Services will be 4 p.m. Saturday at Holloway-Williams Funeral Home, Niles, with calling hours 3 to 4 p.m.
Burial will take place at a later date in Girard City Cemetery.
