NILES -- Deborah L. Mullins, 71, died Sunday, Nov. 7, 2025, at Hospice House, Poland, following complications of cancer.
She was born June 28, 1954, in Warren, a daughter of Louis Ray and Maxine Whitt Mullins.
She was a member of South Side Pentecostal Church.
She had a variety of jobs.
Survivors include partner, Theresa Perline; son, Andrew J. Mullins of Niles; and sister, Tracy McMillian of Cortland.
Debbie was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
Burial will be in Niles City Cemetery.
