GARRETTSVILLE -- Rita Kathryn Cottrell, 60, died Sunday, Nov. 9, 2025.
She was born April 18, 1965, a daughter of Doyle Dean Cottrell and Eleanor Maxine Cottrell.
Survivors include her husband, John G. Kazlman; daughter, Heidi R. Cottrell; one grandson; stepdaughter, Heather Kazlman; sister, Teresa Rutherford; and brother, Timothy Warrick.
Rita was preceded in death by one brother.
A celebration of life will be 3 p.m. Sunday at the Windham Community Center.
