CORTLAND -- James Walter Gestwicki, 24, died Monday, Nov. 10, 2025, in Gallatin, Tennessee. A cause is pending.
He was born April 23, 2001, in Youngstown, a son of Scott M. Gestwicki and Dannielle A. LoVerde.
Survivors include his parents; siblings, Elijah LoVerde, Tia LoVerde and Leila Brown; his paternal grandparents and his maternal grandmother.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather.
Calling hours will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at Lane Funeral Home, Shafer-Winans Chapel, Cortland, with a funeral service at 1 p.m.
Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, Bazetta Township.
