NILES -- Violet M. Evans, 90, died Sunday, Sept. 28, 2025, at her residence.
She was born Jan. 9, 1935, in Jolly Town, Pa., the daughter of Isaac H. and Clara Belle Taylor King.
Survivors include her daughters, Shirley Angelaitis and Sherry Evans Armour, both of Niles, and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles K. Evans; son, Charles Evans Jr.; daughter, Theresa Evans; and one brother.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
