WARREN -- John David Rosenberg, 77, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2025. John was born Dec. 20, 1947, in Warren, to John and Gladys Harshbarger Rosenberg. He graduated from Howland High School in 1965.
Immediately after graduation, John enlisted in the United States Coast Guard, where he served on the USS Woodbine as an electrician, stationed for a time in Okinawa. After the Coast Guard, John began working at Packard Electric as an electrician until his retirement in 2002.

John had an immense love for hunting and fishing; he was always eager to talk about his "biggest catch" or his "best shot." John was preceded in death by his wife, Katherine Montesano Rosenberg, and his parents, John and Gladys Rosenberg.
