Frederick A. Pratt Jr. 1953-2025

He was a New York native, a U.S. Army veteran and beloved son, brother, husband, father and grandfather.

He is survived by his wife, Joni Pratt of Champion; a daughter, Amanda (Donny) Davey; four grandsons, Donny, Logan, Chris and Alex of Cortland; two stepchildren, Trevor (Allison) Richards of Pittsburgh, Pa., and Tyler (Michael) Slabaugh; two granddaughters, Ryan and Evan of Reidsville, North Carolina; and two sisters, Cindy Reardon and Cecelia Poulsen of New York.

He was preceded in death by his father, Frederick A. Pratt Sr.; mother, Audrey Senecal Pratt; sister, Charlotte; and his first wife, Mary McCartney Pratt.

Fred lived a life filled with laughter, music, traveling and love. Fred enjoyed water activities, especially fishing and swimming. As an avid Yankees and N.Y. Giants fan, he never missed a game. Fred and Joni, his wife of 22 years, were enthusiastic travelers, visiting many parts of the United States.

He will be forever missed by his family and friends.
