Winifred M. Hamler 1941-2025

She was born June 29, 1941, in Trumbull County, a daughter of the late Fred Jackson and the late Jeanetta Batesole Jackson.

Winifred graduated from Niles McKinley High School and was employed as a manager-supervisor at the State Liquor Department of Ohio.

She is survived by her stepson, Scott (Shelly) Hamler of Newton Falls; stepdaughter, Alicia (Doug) Kimbrew of Brandon, Florida; and six grandchildren, Kyle Hamler, Olivia (Brent) Lough, Justin Kimbrew, Blake Workman, Branson Lough and Kinsley Lough. Also surviving is a sister, Kathleen Taylor of Champion.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, James Heltzel; second husband, James Hamler; stepson, Eric Hamler; two sisters, Joanna Monroe and Doris Money; and a grandson, James Kimbrew.

Per her wishes, there will be no calling hours or services.

Carl W. Hall Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
