Thomas S. Kozosky 1948-2025
WARREN — Thomas Stephen Kozosky, 76, died Monday, July 21, 2025, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital.
He was born Dec. 20, 1948, in Warren, the son of Stephen and Agnes Capak Kozosky.
He was a U.S. Army veteran and a draftsman in the steel industry.
Survivors include his extended family members and friends.
