WARREN — Choice Define Washington, 34, of Warren, died Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.
He was born Nov. 6, 1990, in Ashtabula, a son of Freddie L. Washington Sr. and Crystal Nicholson.
Choice was the owner and operator of Washington 5 Star.
Choice is survived by his daughter, Alexis; his parents; brothers, Freddie Lee Jr. and Freddie Taysir Washington and Andrew Washington; and sisters, Nevaeh Washington and Samantha Washington.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
Services will be held at 5 p.m. Tuesday at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home. Visitation will take place 3 to 5 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
