MIDDLEFIELD -- Eli J. Byler, 76 died Sunday, July 27, 2025, at home.
He was born Feb. 14, 2025, in Huntsburg, a son of Jake J. and Katie Detweiler Byler.
He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church and a minister of the Huntsburg Southeast District.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy Miller Byler; children, Laura Detweiler, Albert Byler, Mary Detweiler, Roy Byler, Dorothy Hershberger, Esther Mast, Ada Mast, Paul Byler and Kathryn Miller; 36 grandchildren; four brothers; and three sisters.
Eli was preceded in death by three brothers.
Services will be 9 a.m. Wednesday, at 17434 Peters Road, Middlefield, where visitation will be anytime until the morning of the service.
Interment will be in Nauvoo Road Cemetery, Middlefield Township.
