Doris E. Houston 1952-2025
WARREN — Doris Elizabeth Bell Houston, 72, died Saturday, March 22, 2025, at home.
She was born Aug. 14, 1952, in Warren, a daughter of Isaac Jr. and Annie Pauline Bland Bell.
She was employed as an LPN and surgical technologist at St. Joseph Warren Hospital.
She was a member of House of Prayer United Holy Church.
Survivors include her husband, Danny Houston of Warren; daughter, Alicia Houston of Charlotte, North Carolina; stepmother, Odessa Bell of Chicago; brothers, Bruce Smith of Cleveland, Donald Simpson and Cornelius Bell, both of Chicago; and sister, Mary Smith of East Chicago, Indiana.
She was preceded in death by two sisters.
Calling hours will be 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Sterling-McCullough Williams Funeral Home, with services at 11 a.m.
