Ramon French 1945-2024

MIDDLEFIELD –Ramon “Ray” French was called home to be with the Lord, Sunday, Dec. 22, 2024. He was loved dearly by his wife of 55 years, Cheryl, and his two children, Jason (Kelly) French and Tiffany (Dan) Guzman. After graduating from Bloomfield High School in 1963, he attended Malone College on a track scholarship and competed in the 440 hurdles. It was at Malone that he met Cheryl, his best friend and love, and they married Aug. 23, 1969.
Ray was truly called to be of service to his community. From being an EMT with the fire department to coaching youth baseball and softball to high school track over his many years.
For 40 years, he dutifully served as Bristol Township Trustee, leading the Christmas Lighting Committee and helping to create the Bristol Historical Village.
