GIRARD -- Kevin A. Hall, 57, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2024, just one day before his 58th birthday.
He was born in Youngstown, on Aug. 14, 1966, a son of Joe and Karen Abblett Hall.
Kevin graduated from Girard High School in 1984. He then went on to graduate, in 1989, from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Kevin was an exceptional photographer by trade and owned Photography by Kevin, until closing it down to care for his father. He enjoyed flying his drone to take aerial pictures, loved playing poker, basketball and pool with local leagues and was a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
Kevin leaves to cherish his memory his parents; his sister, Donna (George) Zaczyk; stepdaughters, Tasha (Jason) Thomas, Desirae (Jeremy Dunn) Kissack and Destinie (Dominick) Shaw; and his nieces and nephews, Danusha (Colin) Webb; Samantha (Joe) Bates, with Benjamin; Nicholas (Brandi) Zaczyk, with Caleb and Riley; and Veronica (Joey) Dejacimo, with Gabriella, Julianna and Dominic.
He was preceded in death by his longtime companion, Janet Kissack, who died in 2023, and his very dear friend, Darrin Richmond, who died in 2018.
Funeral services will be 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 18, 2024, at Blackstone Funeral Home, where family and friends may gather from 2 to 4 p.m.
Kevin will be laid to rest in Girard City Cemetery.
The family invites everyone to wear their favorite sports attire to honor Kevin's love for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
