Kaitlan J.R. Adams 2002-2024

SHARON, Pa. -- Kaitlan J. R. Myers Adams, 22, cherished wife of Cade D. Adams of Sharon, Pa., was called home to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on Saturday, Aug. 3, 2024, at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, after a catastrophic complication of pregnancy.

Kaitlan was born Feb. 25, 2002, to Sandra Hutchinson and Paul Myers. She was a loving and generous spirit who brought joy to all who knew her. Her favorite thing to do was to spend time with her husband, whom she married April 22, 2023. It was the happiest day of their lives.

Kaitlan was very family-oriented and spending time with them was always a great source of joy. She shared an especially strong bond with her mother, often calling or texting many times every day. She also loved playing with her cats, Milo and Aurora, going to Myrtle Beach, attending music festivals and hanging out with her many friends. She was an avid gamer who loved the challenge of virtual worlds. She could often be found on her phone.

Kaitlan is survived by her husband, Cade; her mother, Sandra Hutchinson of Masury; her father, Paul Myers of Sharon, Pa.; her grandfather "Papa" Don Hutchinson of Masury; and aunt Donna (Bob) Durick of Lowellville, uncle Donald "Hutch" (Annette) Hutchinson Jr. of Masury, uncle James "Jamie" (Stacy) Hutchinson of Lowellville and aunt Tracy (Ed) Zahniser of Masury. She also left cousins, Lauren Sereday, Samantha May, Ashley Hutchinson, Rachel Brinkley, Kristen DiClaudio, Evan Sanford, Brayden Sanford, Aiden Hutchinson and Josephine Hutchinson.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Rosalind Hutchinson; grandfather, Charles Myers; grandparents, Glenn and Janet McCleery; cousin, Tommy Hutchinson; and stepgrandmother, Linda Curry Hutchinson.

True to her generous nature, Kaitlan's organs were donated so that many others will live and see.

She will live on in our hearts forever and will be dearly missed by Cade's family, her family and her friends.

A memorial service was held Friday, Aug. 9, 2024, at Grace United Methodist Church, Grove City, Pa.
