WARREN -- Rose Marie Zell, age 68, passed away Sunday, May 26, 2024. She was born March 30, 1956, to the late Mr. and Mrs. Michael Warner Sr.
She was a resident of Warren her entire life.
She attended Warren G. Harding High School at around the time she met her soulmate, Charles Joseph Zell Sr., whom she married Sept. 1, 1973. Throughout their marriage, Rose gave life to three beautiful children, Charles Joseph Zell Jr., Michael Roy Zell and Eve (Harley) Tibbs, all of Warren. Rose was also blessed with 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren, whom she loved and cared about dearly. There was not a single day she didn't think of them.
Rose was an avid bowler and belonged to the Warren City Tournament Bowling League. She was a Lady of the Lost Hope Motorcycle Club, attended Praise Assembly in Niles and enjoyed Bingo, Elvis and gardening and flowers, especially her namesake, roses.
Rose was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers; and one sister.
Rose will be missed by her husband of 51 years; three children; one son-in-law; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; extended family; and many friends and pets.
Calling hours are 10 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at Staton-Borowski Funeral Home, where services will begin at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, with Pastor Mike Zenn officiating.
All who knew and loved Rose are welcome to attend and celebrate her good life.
Interment will follow in Kerr Cemetery.
