MIDDLEFIELD -- Daniel M. Yoder, 81, died Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at home.
He was born Jan. 1, 1943, in Middlefield, the son of Menno D. and Elva B. Hostetler Yoder.
He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church and was Bishop of the Hayes Corner East District.
Survivors include wife, Martha Miller Yoder; children, Sadie Miller, Melvin Yoder, Ida Miller, John Yoder, Daniel Yoder, Bill Yoder, Elva Miller, Edna Miller, Freemon Yoder and Allen Yoder; 96 grandchildren; 65 great-grandchildren; one brother; and two sisters.
Daniel was preceded in death by five grandchildren, four brothers, and two sisters.
Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at 17626 Kinsman Road, Middlefield, where visitation will be anytime until the morning of the service.
Interment will be in Hayes Road Cemetery, Middlefield.
