WARREN -- Richard Marshall, 49, died Tuesday, April 9, 2024, in Ocala, Florida.
He was born Aug. 22, 1974, in Warren, the son of Sheryl Cowger and James Marshall.
Survivors include his partner, Heather Howe of Warren; children, Georgia Marshall and Zoe Marshall, and stepchildren, Harry Hutchison and Zachary Hutchison, all of Warren; two grandchildren; and siblings, Erica Howard of Gustavus, Shannon Bielawski of Austintown and Thomas Fisher of Girard.
He was preceded in death by his father.
There are no services.
Arrangements were by Crevasse's Simple Cremation, Ocala, Florida.
