LEAVITTSBURG -- Howard W. Dorsey III, 35, of 4887 Anderson Anthony Road, departed this life Tuesday, April 9, 2024.
Howard was born April 20, 1988, in Warren. He was a licensed CDL truck driver employed by Carl Brown Transport LLC and USA Trucking. He also earned his GED. He was a genius in mathematics.
Howard enjoyed gaming and streaming, gambling, fishing, playing spades, watching series of TV shows and working out. He loved being with his children, family and friends.
He leaves to mourn his mother, Lynn Brown (Carl Sr.) of Leavittsburg; his son, Howard IV of Warren; daughters, Jah'nya of Wilmington, and Wynter and November of Warren; four sisters, Auntashae Tates of Niles, Ramona Fudge of Atlanta, Georgia, and Brittnay and Kameco Dorsey or Warren; godsister, Kanesha Jordan of Warren; five brothers, Domonique Dorsey, Carl Brown Jr., Carlton Brown and Desmond Coker, all of Warren, and Julius Crawford of Niles; grandmothers, Shirliene Ferrell and Christine Brown of Warren; grandfather, Oscar Tates Jr. of Warren; and godmother, Latricia Hughley of Warren. He was loved by his aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
Preceding him in death was his father, Howard W. Dorsey Jr; grandfather, Howard W. Dorsey Sr.; grandmother, Arlene Scott Dorsey; uncle, Dozie Blackmon Sr.; and cousins, Cedric, Latoya, Darryl, Darren, Noreyion, Nialaisha and Major.
Calling hours are 11 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 20, 2024, at St. James Church of God in Christ, 1838 Main Ave. SW, Warren, OH 44485, where funeral services will follow at noon. All who knew and loved Howard are welcome to attend and celebrate his good life.
