WARREN -- Diane "Dede" Marie Davin, 64, of Warren, passed away from a brain aneurysm with her family by her side Sunday, Feb. 25, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.
She was born Jan. 22, 1960, in Warren, the daughter of the late Francis R. and Margaret Mindek DaBelko.
Dede was a 1978 graduate of Warren Western Reserve. Following graduation, she attended Long's School of Cosmetology. She was a hairdresser for many years in the Niles and Warren areas. She loved cooking, especially Slovak haluski, pirohy and halupki. Diane loved being with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Victor B. Davin of Warren, whom she married July 25, 1984; son, Brian V. (Fallehn) Davin of Cortland; daughter, Kathryn H. (Miles Harris) Davin of Eagle Point, Oregon; two sisters, Renee Metz and Kathryn DaBelko, both of Phoenix, Arizona; and grandson, Conor Davin.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert DaBelko.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
