BAZETTA -- David W. "Bill" Rowe, 75, passed away Tuesday evening, Feb. 20, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.
Bill was born Jan. 6, 1949, in New Castle, Pa., the son of William "Bill" and Ruth Rowe.
He was a New Castle High School graduate and continued his education, receiving his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. He worked as an engineer at Packard Electric and then Delphi.
He enjoyed spending time outdoors, golfing in leagues and gardening. He volunteered at the SCOPE Center to help with taxes. He loved to spend time with his dogs, Alex, Dino, Noel, Duke, Missy and Patches.
Bill will be deeply missed by his sons, Michael and Wesley Stevens; grandchildren, Cole and Kaileen Stevens; sister, Darlene Data; nephew, Sean Data; and niece, Darci (Bob) McIltrot.
Per Bill's wishes, there are no calling hours or services.
