WARREN -- Donald Wayne Buck, 81, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 13, 2024, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital.
He was born Oct. 29, 1942, in Brazil, Indiana, a son of the late Stanley C. Buck and the late Loretta G. McClellan.
Don worked as a truck driver for the Coca Cola Company and as a groundskeeper for a cemetery in Las Vegas. He enjoyed gardening and loved NASCAR. He was a diehard Dale Earnhardt Sr. and Jr. fan.
Left to cherish his memory are his son, Donald Dwayne (Theresa) Buck of Warren; daughter, Brenda Jane Harling of Conroe, Texas; sister, Kathryn J. Bedell of Durham, North Carolina; grandchildren, Heather (Eric) Hermsdorfer, John Fischbach and Jessica (Tim) Begeot; and great-grandchildren, Weston, Cayden, Dallas and Mila.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, R. Gary Buck.
A celebration of his life will be at a later date. He will be laid to rest in Clearview Cemetery in Brazil, Indiana.
Carl W. Hall Funeral Home is assisting with the arrangements for cremation.
