Bridgette Yvette Davis 1968-2024

Bridgette was born Oct. 16, 1968, in Warren, to the late Hoover Davis and Helen Rodgers Davis. Bridgette was the “Babygirl.”

Bridgette graduated from Warren Western Reserve High School in 1986. After high school, she went to work at Trumbull Memorial Hospital in dietary health services for a number of years, before opening her own private daycare, “Bridgette Davis Daycare.”

Bridgette was a member of Monument of Faith Church, C.O.G.I.C. in Warren.

She enjoyed shopping, traveling, garage sales and spending time with her family. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and was known for her jewelry style. She loved and cherished her grandchildren.

Bridgette will forever be loved and remembered by her husband of 33 years, Gordon Green; her only son, Jameer (La Tasha) Green of Warren; sisters, Glinda Rodgers and Linda (Charles) Bruner of Warren, and Renita Jernigan of Cleveland; a brother, Donovan (Michelle) Trimble of Jacksonville, Florida; three grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; seven sisters; and four brothers.

Services will be at noon, with calling hours from 11 a.m. to noon Saturday, Jan. 20, 2024, at Monument of Faith, C.O.G.I.C, 2165 Highland Ave. SW, Warren, OH 44485.
