LaBELLE, Fla. -- Kenneth L. Davis, 91, formerly of Cortland, passed away Friday, Dec. 1, 2023, at Cedarbrook Health & Rehabilitation Center, Fort Myers.
He was born Sept. 23, 1932, in Clarksburg, W.Va., the son of Arthur and Dorothy Davis.
Kenneth had retired as a yardmaster at Copperweld Steel, Warren in 1990 after 32 years of service. He was a member of the United Methodist Church in LaBelle.
He leaves his daughter, Laurie (John) Markovich of Cortland; son, Kenneth R. Davis of North Palm Beach, Florida; son-in-law, Timothy Bodkin; grandchildren, Kristine Agel, Jeremy Markovich, John Markovich, Christopher Davis, Richard Davis and Jason Bodkin; great-grandchildren, Sahara Agel, Allyson Agel, Ethan Markovich, Henry Markovich, Charles Markovich, Holly Markovich, Kayden Davis, Mason Davis, Jordyn Bodkin, Mark Southwick and Alessia Ferrguia-Bodkin; sister, Roberta (Robert) Jacob; and brother, Lennis (Cathy) Davis.
In addition to his parents, Kenneth was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Davis, and his daughter, Belinda Bodkin.
A memorial service will take place 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 16, 2023, at the Hodges Funeral Home at Lee Memorial Park, in Fort Myers, Florida.
