MESOPOTAMIA -- Jake W. Byler 93, died Friday, Nov. 17, 2023, at Ohman Family Living at Briar, Middlefield.
He was born June 1, 1930, in Middlefield, to William and Malinda Byler.
Jake was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Survivors include his children, Jacob Byler, Rachel Nissley, John Byler and Regina Byler; brother, Bill Byler; 21 grandchildren; and 42 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Bertha M. Miller Byler; two brothers; two sisters; one grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be held 9 a.m. Monday at 14253 Hubbard Road, Burton, with visitation until the time of service.
Jake will be laid to rest in Yoder Cemetery, Parkman.
Arrangements were handled by Sly Funeral Home, Middlefield.
