WARREN -- James R. Garland, 58, died of natural causes Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2023, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital.
He was born March 3, 1965, in Warren, the son of Raymond and Karen Garland.
He was employed as a carpenter and roofer in the construction field.
Survivors include his son, Robert E. Garland of Arizona; brother, Steven Garland of Niles; and sisters, Melissa Hall and Cheryl Harper, both of Champion.
James was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
A celebration of life will be at a later date.
A private graveside service will be in Windham Township Cemetery.
Arrangements were by the Borowski Memorial Home, Newton Falls.
