WARREN -- Aaron Lynn Brown Jr., 25, died Saturday, Sept. 2, 2023, at his residence in Cincinnati due to a a senseless act of violence.

Aaron was born April 12, 1998, in Warren, the son of Natalie Brown and Aaron L. Brown Sr.

Aaron grew up as a very playful child. He enjoyed playing all kinds of sports -- from T-ball to boxing to high school football. He was also a member of the Warren G. Harding bowling league. He graduated from Warren G. Harding High School in 2016.

He enjoyed being with his kids, riling up his sisters, spending time with his family and putting one in the air.

He was employed as a mover with Leaders Moving & Company in Cincinnati.

Aaron leaves behind his mother, Natalie Brown; his father, Aaron L. Brown Sr.; his stepfather, Kendell Brown; one son, Nevar Lewis Brown; one daughter, Miloni Brantley, and daughter Aireonna Brown, who is soon to enter the world; two sisters, Nydia Bailey and Kunia Brown; his grandmother, Virginia Penn; his grandfather, Robert Penn; five aunts, Veronica Barnes, Tonya Humphrey, Yuronda Williams, Laniece Jones, and Kayla Brown; and three uncles, Mark Penn, Jeffrey Brown, and Kalean Thomas.

He also leaves behind his girlfriend, Divonna Neal, and a plethora of cousins. Aaron had a very large family and was always shown love by each and every individual.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Daisy Brown; two uncles, William Williams and Reginald Williams; five great-grandparents, Juanita Jones, Maggie Smith, Jimmy Smith, Marjorie Penn and Robert Penn Sr.; and one cousin, Alexander Humphrey.

Calling hours are 9 to 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 11, 2023, at Greater Apostolic Faith Church, 3571 Tod Ave. NW, Warren. Services will follow at 11 a.m. at the church, with the Rev. Vincent Peterson officiating. Interment will follow in Tod Homestead Cemetery in Youngstown.

The family will receive friends at the home of his grandmother, Virginia Penn, at 1110 Wood Ave. SW, Warren.
