MESOPOTAMIA -- Sarah M. Miller Hostetler, 85, died Saturday, April 22, 2023, at UH Portage Medical Center.
She was born Sept. 9, 1937, in Middlefield, the daughter of Sam C. and Elizabeth E. Miller.
She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church. Sarah was a manager at Mary Yoder's Restaurant for many years.
She is survived by her children, Martha Yoder, Lester E. Hostetler Jr., Samuel L. Hostetler, Eli L. Hostetler and Amos L. Hostetler; sister, Elizabeth Weaver; 43 grandchildren; 100 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester E. Hostetler; a daughter, Kathryn Hostetler, seven brothers; five sisters; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held until the day of the funeral service at 9 a.m. Tuesday at 7595 state Route 534, Mesopotamia. Burial will follow in Clark Road Cemetery, Mesopotamia.
