Nicole Slovinsky 1973-2022
NILES — Nicole Slovinsky, 49, died of natural causes, Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2022, at Trumbull Regional Medical Center.
She was born Sept. 19, 1973, in Warren, the daughter of Steve Slovinsky and Karen Zolocsik.
She was employed as a nurse secretary at St. Joseph Warren Hospital.
Survivors include her husband, Charles Smith Jr.; her mother, Karen Arbogast of Clymer, Pa.; her stepfather, Richard Arbogast of Warren; and children, Dalton Smith and Colton Smith, both of Niles, and Azaria Smith of Kent.
She was preceded in death by her father and one brother.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
