WARREN -- Gregory Alan Leecue, 61, cherished husband and father, passed away on Friday, Jan. 28, 2022.
Greg was born March 10, 1960, in Warren, to Charles and Shirley Leecue, where he continued to raise his own family.
He married Lori, daughter of Edward and Elaine Rowe, on Sept. 4, 1999, and had two sons, Brendan and Connor. Greg was proudest of his family, and his greatest joy in life was watching his boys mature into young men. He was their greatest source of encouragement and was at every event and swim meet cheering them on.
Greg attended Warren Western Reserve High School and Youngstown State University. He was an engineer, but his greatest accomplishments were in his carpentry and woodworking creations. He was a very skilled craftsmen who was always working on a project for his own family or for others.
Greg is survived by his wife, Lori; and sons, Brendan and Connor. Also left to cherish a lifetime of memories is his sister, Lori Carpenter; niece, Kristin Carpenter; and nephew, Ben Carpenter. Greg will be sorely missed by sister-in-law, Terri Rowe; and niece, Alexandra; as well as uncles, aunts, close cousins and many lifelong friends.
Greg was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Shirley Leecue.
Everyone who knew Greg recognized his kindness, humor and compassion, and his passing leaves a huge void in all of our hearts.
