Lawrence J. Bennett 1932-2021
BURTON — Lawrence “Larry” J. Bennett, 88, died Monday, March 8, 2021, at UH-Geauga Medical Center.
He was born Aug. 30, 1932, in Garfield Heights, the son of Clarence and Cecilia Yarham Bennett.
He retired as a cement truck driver at Collinwood Concrete and was a member of the Chagrin Falls Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness.
Survivors include his wife, Audrey Fassett Bennett; children, Rickey Bennett, Debra Bennett, Cheryl Barta and Michelle LaPlante; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; brother, Robert Bennett; and sister, Lenore Klepach.
Lawrence was preceded in death by two brothers; and one sister.
A Zoom memorial service will be announced at a later date to take place at the Chagrin Falls Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
