MINERAL RIDGE -- Mary Grace Phillips, 56, of Mineral Ridge, passed away Sunday, May 20, 2018, at Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
She was born Sept. 9, 1961, in Warren, the daughter of the late Joseph Henry Phillips and Lucy Nina Quiggle Ris.
Mary was a graduate of Lakeview High School and was a fork lift driver for Kmart for 32 years.
She is survived by her mother, Lucy Nina Quiggle Ris of Champion; siblings, Robert (Robin) Cook of Cortland, Martha (Terrance) Marvin of Leavittsburg, Joseph H. Cook of Warren and Joseph B. Phillips of Austintown; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her father, Mary was preceded in death by her stepfather, John Ris.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 29, 2018, at Carl W. Hall Funeral Home. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Champion Township Cemetery.
