CHESTERFIELD, Mich. – Tamara Joe Urick, 43, died 8:15 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18, 2015, from injuries sustained in a boating accident in Chesterfield.
Tamara was born June 28, 1972, in Warren, the daughter of Thomas and Jean Czechowski, and moved to Michigan in 1993.
She was a U.S. Postal employee.
She is survived by her husband, Mike; children, Brooke and Brandon; her mother, Jean, and stepfather, Blair Cook; sisters, Brenda (Leslie) Eagle of Morristown, Tenn., Devonna Czechowski of Leavittsburg, Patty (Chad) Hoover of Newton Falls and Marti (Terry) Daisy of Hubbard; brothers, Thomas and Joseph (Sheryl) Czechowski, Revonda (Dennis) Hushour, Charnita Moore, Michael Walker, Ashley (Corey) Bise, and Leon (Leslie) Berry of Blackwater, Va.; nieces and nephews, Jacquelyn and Bobbey, Keith, Rebecca and Kyle; and great-nieces and -nephews, Keaton, Karystyn, Kaylyn, Ryley and Molly of Morristown, Tenn., Michael, Jamie, Jonathan, Angela, Cadence, Zachary, Madelyn, Isabella, Olivia and Peyton, all of Warren, and Hannah, Elizabeth, Jenna and Ava, all of Kingsport, Tenn.
She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Czechowski.
A celebration of Tammy’s life will be held 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2015, at First Assembly of Pentecost, 4363 Braceville Robinson Road, Newton Falls.
