Present: Robert Marino, Frank Pezzano, Steven Mientkiewicz, Linda Marchese, Barry Steffey, Michael Lastic, Ryan McNaughton and Stephen Papalas.

ABSENT: Mayor Thomas Scarnecchia

Council:

• Passed an ordinance to purchase a backhoe and cargo van for the water department through the state purchasing program;

• Passed an ordinance to purchase a pickup truck for the sewer department through the state purchasing program;

• Passed an ordinance to purchase a pickup truck for the light department through the state purchasing program;

• Passed a resolution requesting membership in the Trumbull County Natural Gas Program on an opt-in basis;

• Placed into first reading an ordinance that would create a vacant property registration list.
