MINERAL RIDGE -- Shirley Porter, 85, died Sunday, July 16, 2017, at home.
Shirley was born Dec. 8, 1931, to Neil and Mildred Erickson.
Shirley is survived by her daughters, Genny Garcia, with whom she resided, Jackie Gregory and Vicki Mottice; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas "Whitey" Porter; her son, Michael Porter; and a great-grandson.
Lane Funeral Home, Roberts-Clark Chapel, handled the arrangements.
