NILES -- John Joseph Buydos Jr., 77, died Friday, July 7, 2017, at his home.
He was born Jan. 27, 1940, in Youngstown, a son of John Joseph and Anna Klesch Buydos.
John served with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War having been stationed at the Pentagon. After his discharge from the Army, he was a truck driver.
He leaves a son, Shawn Buydos of Tampa, Fla.; three daughters, Shellie Bartoloni of Warren, Jean Kempers of Fargo, N.D. and Jacqueline Garito of Niles, with whom he made his home; two brothers, Bob Buydos and Thomas Buydos, both of Coitsville; a sister, Charlotte Christy of Hubbard; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
John was preceded in death by a daughter, Barbara Ann Buydos.
The Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
