April 4, 7:57 p.m. -- Shane Snell, of Campbell, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on South State Street.
April 3, 11:17 p.m. -- A fight was reported at 851 N. Highland Ave.
3:22 p.m. -- Joseph Bier and Timothy Stewart were arrested on charges of trespassing at 1170 N. State St.

April 1, 2:48 a.m. -- Michael Latiano, North Ward Avenue, was arrested on North St. Clair Street at Broadway Avenue on a charge of driving under the influence.

March 30, 2:05 a.m. -- Trespassing was reported at 72 Mosier Road.
12:28 a.m. -- Gunshots were heard in the area of Woodlawn Avenue and Patricia Drive.
March 29, 4:04 p.m. -- A possible drug overdose was reported in a vehicle parked outside 1111 Woodlawn Ave.
1:47 p.m. -- A possible drug overdose was reported at 422 E. Wilson Ave.
March 28, 10:04 p.m. -- Matthew Snow, 20, Frederick Street, Niles, was arrested on a warrant following a traffic stop on Washington Avenue and Hazel Street and charged with falsification.
2:22 p.m. -- Menacing was reported at Rite Aide, 713 N. State St.
March 27, 9:14 p.m. -- Kevin Rowe, 33, Indianola Avenue, was arrested on a warrant for a probation violation at the police department.
4:21 p.m. -- Robyn Smeltzer, 36, was arrested on a warrant at 105 E. Main St., for failure to appear on a charge of disorderly conduct.
March 26, 3:08 p.m. -- A girl's bike was reported stolen from 312 E. Kline St.

April 9, 10:01 p.m. -- Michael A. Starkey was arrested at 3201 Judyth, Warren, on a Howland warrant for a contempt of court fines charge.
12:13 a.m. -- Brian J. Moran was arrested on a Boardman warrant, and Mark A. Moran, 3100 Beal St., Warren, was arrested on a Weathersfield warrant at Mr. Fuel, 2890 Salt Springs Road.
April 8, 6:15 p.m. -- Natasha J. McCune, 3840 Forest Ridge Court, Mineral Ridge, was arrested on County Line and Four Miles on possesion of controlled substance and loud exhaust charges.
5:05 p.m. -- Veronica Rodriguez was arrested on state Route 169 and Emerson on a Mahoning County Sheriff's Office warrant for violation of a court order.
5:02 p.m. -- David Dewitt, 6712 Lincoln Ave., Hubbard, was arrested at 1 Petro Place, Girard, on a Weathersfield warrant for a receiving stolen property charge.
4:48 p.m. -- Petty theft of six wheels from a trailer was reported at 1614 Warren Ave.
April 7, 11:45 p.m. -- Following a traffic stop on state Route 46 and Salt Springs Road, Kevin J. Baritell, 2330 Youngstown Road SE, Warren, was arrested on possesion of drug abuse instruments, drug paraphernalia, no seatbelt and failure to reinstate charges. Tara L. Garland, 5990 W. Webb Road, Mineral Ridge, and Donald Drummond, 3283 Main St., Mineral Ridge, were arrested on possession of drug abuse instrument charges.
8:54 p.m. -- Unauthorized use of a vehicle was reported at Villa Arms Motel, 111 Youngstown Warren Road.
7 p.m. -- Breaking and entering was reported at 1468 Furnace St., where a weed trimmer and gas can worth $450 were reported missing from a shed.
3:51 p.m. -- Robyn R. Elser, 131 Wilson Ave., Niles, was arrested on Austintown Warren Road at West Park Avenue on charges of falsification, possession of drug abuse instruments, drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, driving under suspension, lanes of travel and window tint.
April 6, 2:06 p.m. -- A burglary was reported at 65 11th St, Niles, where a TV, Xbox and safe worth $1,160 were reported missing.
6:33 a.m. -- Petty theft of flowers and a saddle from a gravesite was reported at Kerr Cemetery, 1240 Salt Springs Road.
3 a.m. -- Theft of an Xbox, two controllers and five games from a vehicle was reported at 924 McDonald Ave.
April 4, 1:10 p.m. -- Passing bad checks was reported at Farmers National Bank, 3826 S. Main St. Brandon M. Wilks, 1499 Harding St., Apt. C, Mineral Ridge, later was arrested on a passing bad checks charge.
