4:21 p.m. -- Criminal damaging was reported at 1394 Salt Springs Road, where a mailbox was stuck by a vehicle.
noon -- A crash was reported in the back parking lot at Pilot, 2786 Salt Springs Road, Girard.
10:30 a.m. -- Nioka A. Lapierre was arrested at 1411 W. Park Ave., Warren, on a failure to restrain vicious dog charge.
Feb. 13, 10:55 p.m. -- Petty theft of miscellaneous items worth $220 was reported at Petro Travel Store, 1 Petro Place, Girard, after a woman entered the store and removed items without paying.
1:17 p.m. -- Jacob T. Lowry was arrested on Youngstown Warren Road, Niles, on possession of controlled substance and assured clear distance ahead charges.
4:28 p.m. -- Local police assisted McDonald and Niles police departments with the pursuit of a vehicle that led them on a chase to Youngstown. The driver of the vehicle was traveling at high speeds and ignoring oncoming traffic and children. The abandoned vehicle was later located by Youngstown police with a sawed-off shotgun and birth certificate.
5:49 p.m. -- An assault was reported at ETI College, 315 Youngstown Warren Road.
8:24 a.m. -- A possible attempted suicide was reported at 4004 Evaline St., Mineral Ridge.
