6:58 p.m. -- A burglary was reported at 744 Carson Salt Springs Road, Mineral Ridge, where miscellaneous change and a revolver hand gun worth $300 were reported missing.

4:31 p.m. -- Shawn A. Osmon was arrested on state Route 169 and Ashland, Warren, on drug abuse and drug paraphernalia charges and several Mahoning County Sheriff's Office warrants.

Jan. 27, 7 p.m. -- Telephone harassment was reported at Walgreens, 2249 Youngstown Warren Road.

5:31 p.m. -- Steve L. Williams was arrested on U.S. 422 and Anderson on a Warren warrant for a contempt of court dwelling charge.

Jan. 24, 5:33 p.m. -- Petty theft of 30 oxycodone pills worth $100 was reported at 2303 Lincoln Ave.

10:14 a.m. -- Joseph R. Bradford was arrested on Salt Springs Road, Mineral Ridge, on failure to comply, resisting arrest, obstructing official business, endangering children, FRA suspension and unsafe vehicle charges as well as Mahoning County Sheriff's Office warrants.

Jan. 23, 5:31 p.m. -- Laura M. Griffith was arrested on state Route 169 in Niles on a Lordstown warrant for failure to appear on a traffic offense.

3:46 p.m. -- Theft of a motorcycle was reported at 1369 Orchard Court, Mineral Ridge.

9:20 a.m. -- Several prepaid debit cards were recovered in the Vista at the Ridge parking lot, 3379 state Route 46.

Jan. 22, 4:05 p.m. -- Mitchell D. Davis was arrested on West Park Avenue in Warren on a Weathersfield warrant for failure to appear on a traffic offense.

11:12 a.m. -- Nioka A. Lapierre, 1448 W. Liberty St., was arrested on a failure to restrain vicious dog charge following an animal complaint at 1446 W. Park Ave., Niles.

Jan. 21, 4:22 a.m. -- Reiko L. McCann was arrested at Lane Family Funeral Homes, Mineral Ridge Chapel, 1350 N. Canfield Road, on a Weathersfield warrant.

Jan. 20, 9:17 p.m. -- Ryan J. Mierzwa was arrested on South Glenwood and Robbins Avenue, Niles, on a drug abuse charge as well as a Weathersfield warrant for failure to appear on a criminal trespass charge.

1:19 p.m. -- Criminal mischief was reported at 2687 Morris Lane, Girard, after an unknown person drove an ATV through the yard and hit the mailbox, causing about $200 in damage.

1:29 a.m. -- Arson was reported at 2108 Gardenland Ave., Niles, after the homeowner found two of four vehicles at the residence on fire. All four vehicles were damaged, costing about $8,000.

1:14 a.m. -- Matthew R. Burrows was arrested on state Route 46 on a Bazetta Township warrant for failure to appear on a larceny charge.

Jan. 19, 10:39 p.m. -- David Dewitt was arrested at Petro Truck Stop, 1 Petro Place, Girard, on receiving stolen property and driving under FRA suspension charges.

7:10 p.m. -- Frank W. Burianek was arrested on state Route 169 and Ashland, Niles, on drug abuse and lanes of travel charges.

5:49 p.m. -- Criminal damaging was reported at BP, 2720 Salt Springs Road, after a car backed into a gas pump.

9:30 a.m. -- Criminal mischief was reported at Petro Truck Stop, 1 Petro Place, Girard, where two customers were horseplaying and cracked the drywall, causing about $100 in damage.
